If you are not happy with any item in your order, we will be happy to work with you on an exchange, within 10 days of the receipt of your order.
- If your order is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 7 days so we can get a replacement out to you super quick! In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the damage so we can work out how it happened and take steps to improve our packaging.
- We can accept returns of any of our products (except customized items) within 28 days of purchase, However, we can only accept items that are unopened so they retain their condition Customized products cannot be returned unfortunately due to the nature of the product, unless there is a fault or damage.
